The OfficeMe project was initiated to facilitate and improve the office experience. It covers services and practical solutions targeted at your everyday well-being and safe work in the office building.

OfficeMe stands for a variety of possibilities, that will be constantly developed and upgraded. As one of many facilities, the project includes a Concierge service. In addition, we will organize campaigns and special events, also with the participation of our tenants.

In order to meet the needs of employees stationed in our office buildings, we have created our own OfficeME app.

In its initial stage, this smart and intuitive tool will offer essential information on the building and its navigation, a speed dial to reception desk and Concierge service, as well as a function aimed
at improved networking among companies located in the building.
The News section will cover all current events and updates.

A noteworthy function of the app, the Marketplace, is a simple sales promotion solution for call-and-collect food orders. The Marketplace feature will also make it possible to pay for the orders and follow their status of completion.

The Concierge service is an innovative solution that is available free-of-charge for all employees stationed in the building. The stand is located in the main lobby and the Concierge Specialist offers assistance in any query, related to business operations, e.g. organization of business lunches, catering, picking up guests from the airport, etc., as well as in private matters, such as arranging a home moving company, gathering recommendations on day-cares, schools, holidays, purchase of tickets for sports or cultural events, arranging shopping deliveries, etc.

If you wish to amaze your Clients with the view of Warsaw from one of the highest observation decks in the city, you should visit the Roofa32 deck in Warsaw Financial Center. The deck’s area covers over 140 square meters and is suitable for conferences or trainings. The OfficeMe team will assist you in planning and executing any event. We will provide the equipment and supervise catering and event logistics, as well as make sure our guess experiences some unforgettable moments.
